What is the free ACIM-inspired meditation about?

 

How many times during the day do you want things to be different than they are?

If you pay really close attention, it happens more often than you think!

This is a great ego ploy to keep us following it’s motto, “Seek, but do not find.”  We want things to be different, because THEN we’ll be happy, but when we get what we think we want, it doesn’t satisfy.

By practicing getting into the present moment, and allowing things to be as they are, we can make room in our minds for our awareness of Love’s presence to be restored to us.  Happiness truly comes from within.

This meditation is 8-minutes, and consists of 2 parts.  The first part is a breath awareness practice to help stabilize our attention. The second part is a practice of “letting things be as they are.”
